How not to screw up on a trip
If you put off for overseas wanderings, it would not be bad to prepare and observe simple measures so that the trip does not suddenly turn into a quest with overcoming obstacles:
- Remove tags from your suitcase from previous flights. Of course, notes on luggage from different countries stroke one`s ego and inspire righteous reverence for others, but it can backfire on you. The suitcase is likely to fly to some other country, because airport employees can inadvertently scan an already irrelevant barcode.
- Tag the suitcase. Just a black suitcase, firstly, will be difficult to identify on the tape, and secondly, in case of loss, you simply cannot describe it in color. Attach identification marks and a small sign with your contacts to the bag.
- Carry a Power Bank with you. This will save you from a frantic search for a socket (and sometimes an adapter, because in some countries, sockets are not suitable for our devices).
- Watch the scoreboard. Do not drink your flight at the bar! Some airlines took to flying ahead of schedule.
- Register online in advance. This will help save time at the airport and choose the place you like on board the plane.
- If you don’t eat everything - for example, you are a frantic vegan, and just the sight of fried chicken makes you righteous anger - call the airline and order special food for the flight. It is better to do this in advance in order to minimize the risk of meeting inedible substances in your lunch box.
- Take earplugs, a sleep mask, warm clothes with you on your flight. If, nevertheless, a severe cold happened on board the plane, then do not hesitate to ask to make it warmer. According to statistics, after the 4th reminder, the flight attendants adjust the temperature.
- Put in your carry-on bag a set of a young fighter, which is necessary for survival for at least a couple of days. For example, socks, underpants, a toothbrush, etc. This is necessary in case your suitcase does not fly with you on a business trip to Magadan, but decides to take a walk in Ibiza.
