The best we can do for others is to become happy ourselves.
Once we were tired of grumbling that "I am strong and pull everyone, but nobody cares about me." And suddenly we realized that the simplest and most understandable way to make the world a little happier is to take care of ourselves, by ourselves, about our body - with the help of sports and long walks in the open, about our mind – with some practices to help deal with stress and internal negativity, about our mood and attitude – for this we need to understand what we want, what we dream about, and begin to fulfill our dreams.
To do this I had to stop complaining and shifting the responsibility for my condition to the shoulders of friends, colleagues and partners. I had to find time for myself, to understand and accept that there is no need to pose as an unkillable excavator, and that we also sometimes need a vacation and rest from everyone, even from our beloved ones. I had to overcome my doubts and fears. And in the process we were able to learn a lot about ourselves. After all, you must certainly do everything that you are afraid of, otherwise how else will you grow?
So it turned out that we love high mountains, crystal air, a simple lifestyle, and clarity of mind that comes at an altitude of about 3000 meters, and surfing too, and meditation and yoga, and a wakeboard, and horseback riding, and motorcycles. And sometimes – we love to combine all these in one trip)) And, when we return, we give our loved ones the most important thing: their joy, calmness, positiveness and peace.
